Our trip started on July 7. A wind storm blew through the area on the evening of July 3. This is a picture of some of the damage at one of the camp sites. About one third of the Glacier View camp sites were closed (loop B).

This is another picture of the damage. The storm blew in off Red Fish Lake at about 10:30 PM. There were no life threatening injuries reported but one person did suffer a broken leg.

Sam and Caroline with Timothy and Caleb joined us. Sam had to leave for a business trip on Tuesday and Caroline left on Thursday. This is a picture of Timothy at the beach in front of the Red Fish Lodge.

Monday evening, we had spagetti for dinner. Caleb is still learning to feed himself.

But he sure seemed to have a good time of it.

Timothy liked to put carrots in the dip and then lick the dip off the carrot. I do not think he actually ate more than one or two carrots.

Even though he did not eat many carrots, he seemed to enjoy himself.

On Wednesday, five of us hiked to Sawtooth Lake. It is about a ten mile round trip. In this picture, Will and Steve are taking a break near Alpine Lake.

There was just a "little" snow on the upper part of the trail.

We had a little help with campsite clean up. One time, Caleb's chair/tray was left with some food on it. We left for a little while and on our return, we found the chair all cleaned up.

On Thursday morning, I took Timothy to the fish hatchery. Here he is watching the Rainbow Trout in one of the fish raceways. These trout were eight to ten inches and were being stored until they are used for stocking the surrounding creeks and rivers.
